Every social media platform needs loud, stupid people with weird opinions. I am proud to contribute
He did it in a jet called "King Trump" with a crown on his head

After 10 years I'm over saying "imagine if Obama did that" but still, to even suggest you might run for a third term or fart in the general direction of styling yourself a monarch used to be career-ending. Never let it be normal
Why is it acceptable in certain circles to use "rosebud" to refer to a butthole, but like, sexily
It's subjective I think, but I'm only ever faking it. If I fake it and it otherwise functions like confidence then duck it, it's confidence, I'm counting it

Everyone's different, though
For me that pill is called suddenly and unexpectedly having dozens of new responsibilties dumped on my head and then making it to the other side without dying

It wears off
Tried to join antifa but my local cell that was training militants fell apart due to an argument about whether Halloween is bourgeoisie propaganda and its replacement never got off discord because the polycule in the moderator team split up and fractured it. They only talked about Silksong anyway
What is even the FUCKING point
Customer: (not on record)
DMV: DOWN TO POUND, SEXUAL

Verdict: DENIED
I hate when they convert anyway because I can't throw this at them
Interesting. Must Aussies and kiwis I've met resented the royals, but most Aussies I know are extremely online and most kiwis were leftist Wellingtonians, so.
I feel like the sort of Aussie who would show up to support antifascism in another country would also be the sort of Aussie who would feel like a "No Kings" sign kills two birds with one stone

Maybe there's more royalist/antifa overlap than I assume?
It's the most populous state that no one lives in
To the screenshotted dude's point, having them wave American flags would be even better. It's America, you're free to be a frog in public. And more importantly it'd be even funnier
I'm the kind of dickhole who can't be completely convinced that any kind of protest is a net good no matter what, but the frog thing is indeed genius optics

They couldn't handle a bat or gun in those things if they tried. Completely, utterly harmless, silly, and even vulnerable
This is funny but also barely satire because I saw an ad ON YOUTUBE that was an AI woman saying basically this, advertised no censorship, then immediately offered to "look like your ex or colleague"
Yeah it's not even about dumbing it down for the dumbdumbs. Some of the smartest and most accredited people bluesky talk like normal-ass people for a reason.

That's a sign of *social* intelligence. Jeffries feels like someone who read about social intelligence in a book but doesn't understand it
"We can vote in a stronger, more principled opposition once our weak opposition inspires voters and defeats Trump!"

?
I feel like the headline and subhead should be swapped
It's either that or it IS legal because there is no mechanism to enforce this law whatsoever
I don't understand why so many Democrats act like this is business as usual

"Come negotiate with us on healthcare to stop the shutdown" should be "we won't work with you if you do not obey the law." Anything else is ceding power to the executive and legitimizes what he does
I feel like 2025 discussion of ICE blackbagging and illegal withholding of funds to cities and deployment of the national guard against citizens should not look exactly the same as discussion of the Muslim ban in 2017. I feel like we should have moved forward by now
I'm starting to feel an itch to mute or block accounts that mostly post things like that. Seeing the opposition still stuck on step 1 after all this time makes me feel more despair than running into a Nazi on Twitter. In the latter case I can at least tell myself someone competent opposes them
"In a free country, we wouldn't have X or Y thing that Trump did" posts are noise to me now after 10 years. It bears reminding, I guess, but it feels constant here, especially from resist lib types. That country is gone. We aren't free. We have to fight to be free again.
