That's been an issue in a number of industries. Management doesn't want to spend money on training so they only hire people with the experience. The people with experience are approaching retirement age with nobody to replace them.

I wrote something for work and when it was reviewed the by person in charge they sent it back to me with their rewording - and it was SO OBVIOUSLY run thought a chatbot. The content was exactly the same but the language was bland turned up to 11. I was so annoyed.

There is no paradox.

Tolerance is a social contract. To be protected by the contract, one must adhere to the contract. If you act with intolerance, you can no longer claim to be tolerated.
