This!! Yes I write because I love it but it would also be nice to make a living off of it. The slog is real. Society thinks of art, all art, as a hobby and that the product shouldn't cost them anything. I spent thousands of hours on my book living on coffee and spite. We all do. We deserve better.

Same way the people who lived around concentration camps, or saw their neighbours hauled away in the middle of the night and said nothing. They're fine if it's not them & the people being taken have been labeled "the enemy". We're looking at the dawn of the 4th Reich 🤢🤬

We use mainly paper ballots. It's harder (not impossible) to hack. We just need a LOT of people who usually don't vote to get out and vote!

This Canadian hasn't bought anything American in 8 years except absolute meds (meds etc). I did shop today, at a Canadian store- Canadian beef, mushrooms from China & broccoli from Mexico. My morning coffee was from a local coffee shop & everyone there was saying how they were there to shop local 🇨🇦

Same and when other oils became available here, we switched. It was used because that's what they had. There's so much science behind the benefits of plant based oils. I swear they were all dropped on their heads repeatedly as infants. Or they're bought. Or both.

You're right. Too much focus was put on the blame game.
The same thing is happening in Canada. We do need to point out the stupidity of PP, but ignore Trudeau, he's stepping down. Reach out to the non voters, the marginalized and get them on board to vote to protect themselves if not others.
