In a panicked attempt to appear reasonable, the judge said he would likely DISREGARD the newest set of fabricated violations against Conrad.

But here's the most telling part: HE READ NONE OF THEM. He didn't read the old violations OR Conrad's original charge ("Intentional Damage to a Protected Computer").

Why? Because he knew. He knew that in a room full of witnesses who have seen the video of the violent raid, those non-violent, technical charges would sound utterly ridiculous and expose the government's entire case as a sham.

His silence was a confession. The case is too weak to be spoken aloud in the light.
