I think this is the endpoint of the GOP embracing the conspiracy theorists during the Obama years. Then the dog caught the car. So now the cranks who think Big Data is the Mark of the Beast or whatever are elected to office, where they must face actual facts about the stupid things they believe.

COINS! (from lost civilisations, giant stone coins, made of weird metals, the embellishments on head and tails, etc.)

Creating the Torment Nexus but for Blood Meridian.
Yeah, the protagonist describes how kids now often pretend to be orcs while playing, in much the way kids in our world play "cops and robbers". This disturbs an aging man who was a child when the War of the Ring happened, noting that he's old enough to remember what *real* orcs were like.
Wait until you find out about Eddie Stobart Trucking.
HP bloat has always been a problem for later editions of D&D.

Look up how much HP dragons had back in the earliest edition, it’ll blow your mind.

Incidentally, this has made save-or-die effects OP in later editions. And made Toughness a dud feat useful only for enemies.
I’m amused you created an entire art piece for this situation in advance.

I understand why they had to stop him but I don’t agree with imprisoning him in the phantom zone

I’d have the Lance as the “minor wild card” faction - they lend token support to the Invictus, but they make no secret that they are dissatisfied with the First Estate’s fuckups. They have the smallest numbers, but they do have lore and rituals.
And you weren’t wearing one of those ballistic face masks?
(Yeah, I know, they aren’t well-known pieces of armour.)
Did you take some with you?
This is an old and incorrect version. You can tell by it giving “1.5x” as the Small Pericing wounding modifier. I’ve seen an corrected version.
High-Tech’s biggest chapter is on Weaponry, yes, but it also covers stuff like armour, medical, vehicles, comms, and tools. It’s fun to learn about stuff like that.
The difference between melee and ranged in GURPS is striking. And when guns come into the picture, it’s a real jolt. Heck, even comparing early guns (even Wild West guns) to our current crop alters the dynamic of gunfights substantially.
“40 potions of red bull a day”

Reminds me of the RPPR episode on the Book of Wondrous Inventions, where one guy comes up with the concept of a “meth-head party” - they’re all addicted to Potions of Haste.
