I suspect that “guys who liked TRON as a kid” are over represented in the film community.
But they keep making things that don’t feel like OG TRON, which was shot like a Fritz Lang film with neon ‘80s highlights and Moebius designs. The new ones look like Every Other SciFi Movie. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

oh wow, the early reports are that the new Tron movie isn’t doing very well at the box office. this is wild, because the last Tron movie didn’t do very well at the box office, and also the very first Tron movie didn’t do very well at the box office and also neither of those first two were very good.

I stumbled across a TikTok video about cooking a chicken like a French chef, but the narration was obviously an Ai robot. The giveaway? It pronounced "Herbs de Provence" as "Herb da Province," like it was an informer in an old private eye movie.
