I tend to go for the hard stuff with games I know well, and the easy stuff for series that overwhelm me.

Kirby? Spyro? Mario? Challenge me, bro.
Crash? Shooter games? Zelda? At least let me get my bearings before tossing me to the sharks.

What's a work of fiction that ended up being the right piece of media that came into your life at precisely the right time? In my case, both for their own reasons and under their own distinct circumstances, Inside Out 1 and 2 were that for me.
