The 19th and 20th Century in Venezuela had plenty of regime changes through violence. MCM learned that we have to respect the people, and allow them to vote for change. That's worth a Nobel Prize.

One important thing about Maria Corina Machado is that she was able to mature as a politician. Back in 2002 she supported a coup d'état against then-President Hugo Chavez. 22 years later, she led a democratic movement that was able to defeat his successor Nicolas Maduro in the voting booths. 👍

She didn’t say that he deserved it, Maria Corina Machado thanked him for the support, which is different. And the record says he called her. Trump still has more than three years left in power, while showing signs of cognitive decline.
