Made salsa verde last night with a bunch of tomatillos and peppers from the garden.

Seared a pork shoulder cut this morning and they are now getting acquainted in the slow cooker 😮‍💨
Home grown roasted tomatillos, peppers (Serrano, jalapeño, cayenne), onion, and garlic set to simmer in a pot before blending The result after simmering and blending with an immersion blender. I used more peppers than I realized, and it's 🔥
