No, this won't work. It will go to SCOTUS and we are screwed. State and local agencies need to push the legal envelope, just like Trump, and let him sue if he doesn't like. Take a page from his playbook for a change. Stop playing like things are normal.

A step, but I’d like to see the County Sheriff ordered to take a more assertive stance wrt ICE.

Require notice before raids including locations & warrants. No mask wearing. ID detention locations. Chaperone ICE to protect residents from unconstitutional actions.
