I was bored and antsy at my hotel tonight so I went down to the gym and did 20 minutes on the treadmill.

Which doesn’t sound like much but, for someone that had knee surgery a little over six weeks ago and was terrified about the idea of doing a light jog ever again, it felt fucking liberating.
