I got my first GameCube when I was like, 14 or 15 or something. Got it used from Game Crazy (rip) and got to rent Melee for a week for free. I wasn’t familiar with how memory cards worked at the time and I couldn’t afford to get one for a bit. I was obsessed with Adventure and All Star mode though.
The GameCube was released in North America 24 years ago today on November 18th, 2001 🎉
