I had a great time at Pawstral! so nice to hang out with old friends, and meet people who came from different cities of Chile, and from other countries too. So cool to see friends from my early days in the fandom being part of the staff. Definetly an experience I want to repeat over!

A collage of photos from the furry convention I attended, Pawstral in August 2025. There's 6 pictures: One: me and 2 friends, one of them with a fursuit, abalusa the bear. Two: My badge of Rugelio, my fursona, who is a pink cartoony lion. the painting style imitates airbrush looney toons art from the nineties. Three: a set of 100 stickers of my fursona, its the same drawing as the badge but with a flat color style. Four: a photo of all the prints, stickers, comics and merchandise I bought at pawstral. Five: a photo of Loki Krampus with his fursuit hear presenting the convention dance off competition. he's standing with a microphone at the center of the dance floor, surrounded by the audience on all four sides of the room, sitting on chairs, sitting at the floor and also standing up. Six: a photo of two inside pages of my notebook with stickers and signatures from people I met at pawstral.

Been drawing my fursona a lot this week. I feel overwhelmed by work, and often feel the pressure to keep up with a fandom that moves very fast, so drawing my fursona grounds me a little and brings me back the joy of drawing when I feel a bit lost.

Drawing the feral form of my fursona, who's a hybrid of Thylacine, Ibex and Hyena, and the feral form shows that hyena side better with the weird body shape. I feel more connected to it since I also feel my body has a weird shape.
