Spotted a nickel on the ground & had the most visceral memory of being a kid when coins were still treasure. Even if you found a penny, there’d be a tiny candy you could buy. With a NICKEL? So many choices. Sixlets were my favorite.

Big storm blew out the power late last night, so we rolled out of bed & walked a mile to get breakfast & coffee. I guess I can see why morning people like to get out & about… but not on the first 30° morning of the season. 🥶

I think we really should stop using antifa and just fully say anti-fascist and get them saying they are against anti fascism. Using antifa is giving them some distance and I genuinely think some of their base don’t even know that’s what it stands for.
