The extra delays & costs as driver accompanied RoRo freight dissipates away (reducing crossings & ferry sizes/capacity) will compel ever more Brits to holiday at home..with a rare bit of brie as a ("foreign muck) "special treat"

It's painful to see from afar what I ("invest in Pontins & turnips") foresaw since 2016 unfolding in real time.
Access to our continent & its produce becoming ever harder & (less choice)more expensive. Full circle back to "sick man of Europe" (& more openly racist) days of my more deprived childhood

You haven't seen the full damage yet...UK has continued to delay fully applying its TCA border *controls* against EU27 for fear of too much economic "self harm" since 1/1/21 & is now (Labour Gov) openly celebrating it. That is exposing UK *officially* to grrater smuggling & public health risks
