NPR has reported several stories of Veterans caught in the VA Home Loan chaos after programs were cut.

Veterans forced into loan modifications are still LEFT BEHIND in financial jeopardy! Each action by Congress including the recent Reform Act does not help this group.

There are major political fears about deploying troops to the “Dirty South.” Memphis has been the only real concern so far. Federal intervention would spark intense backlash—reviving tensions over states’ rights from Reconstruction and the Civil Rights era.

I just watched the video of the Portland Cop threatening to arrest an ICE agent if they drive their truck through a crowd. Now I see this where the General of the Oregon National Guard says if they get called up they will protect the protesters. People are fed up.
