As one of the plaintiffs in the litigation against the DEC for failing to issue the regulations required by law, under the CLCPA, WE ACT is pleased to announce that the Court ruled in our favor, requiring the DEC to issue these regulations by February 6, 2026.

Per the American Gas Association, gas utility spending has increased 50% from 2022 to 2023, reaching $49.1 billion! And that spending is coming back to haunt customers in the form of $1,000+ gas bills.
