🆕🇧🇪 From the depths of the Struise cellars, this is the 2018 vintage of the classic Dirty Horse cherry sour, dusted off, wiped clean.

Dirty Horse Kriek is tart and dry – closer to a lambic than a fruit beer.

🆕🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Dookit’s Myko is a Kölsch-style beer with foraged chanterelle mushrooms.

A classic Kölsch in many ways, the addition of the mushrooms compliments the esters from the yeast and adds apricot fruitiness and an earthy bitterness.

There’s no obvious ‘mushroom-y’ taste.

🆕🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Sinnister’s Jackalope is an imperial stout, aged in a massive sherry butt, and blended with an imperial stout aged in a peaty Islay whisky barrel.

Lots of sherry and peaty smoke is apparent along with wood, tobacco and molasses.
