🆕🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Waiting Game is a saison that was brewed by Burning Sky and Balance.

Fermented with both breweries’ mixed yeast cultures, then blended and given a light dry hop with Tettnanger Saphir.

This is a celebration of modern rustic beer.

🆕🇧🇪 The version of Amaris Grand Cru 2025 is a blend of Saint Amatus van de Struise and the Préaris Quadrupel by Flying Horse Brewers from Bruges, aged 3 years in bourbon casks!!

Sweet and strong with notes of vanilla, walnut and raisin.

Mosaic brings blueberry and tropical fruit, Simcoe adds pine and citrus zest, and Eclipse rounds it out with mandarin and sweet resin.

🆕🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 I had a bottle of this last night - delicious!

Dookit’s Myko is a Kölsch-style beer with chanterelle mushrooms. Classic Kölsch notes, the addition of the mushrooms compliments the esters from the yeast and adds apricot fruitiness and an earthy bitterness.

There’s no obvious ‘mushroom-y’ taste

🆕🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Baron’s Horse Play is hopped with Mosaic and Sabro. Mosaic massively outweighs the Sabro 4:1, but the Sabro still punches through.
