I don't think I remember it being signage, but I remember video board advertising for the IBEW in Louisville at U of L games
It is great. I moved to Omaha a month after my team won the College World Series and realized how great that entire week is. It is something every baseball fan should experience at least once.
This is why there has to be room for people to learn and grow. I wasn't there for the 2000 flag debate, but I was raised in a south where what was taught wasn't reality. Undergrad me was fine with the old south iconography, but I learned, grew, and take pride in voting for the new Mississippi flag.
Lane Kiffin is James Franklin without the one Ohio State upset.
I'm turning into a Bama fan of like 5 years ago how much I'm currently yelling at Pete Golding about how much he sucks.
The next time an Ole Miss defender covers a receiver in the flat will be the first time since I started watching Ole Miss football that I will have seen it.
Pete Golding taking on the challenge of making Mike Bobo look like Mike Leach.

I had to sit through Nebraska-Minnesota with my Husker fan wife last night and complained about Big Ten offense. I guess this is my karmic retribution from the football gods.
For $40 million, he could set up a helluva model railroad representing each of his stops from Manhattan to College Park to Nashville to Happy Valley. And if he does, this is my request for an invitation to come operate on that layout.
As someone who cheers for Marshall, who is one of the handful of schools who gives the remotest of a care about it, this model wouldn't benefit some of those teams that do care either. All the teams in WV build their rosters with guys who age out of European club academies.
Wow. Bob Pruett come out of retirement and headed back to Gainesville.
Because my growing up with an SEC lens, I want to know what hotel or group of hotels near O'Hare they use similar to the group of hotels near Hartsfield-Jackson in Atlanta
I would agree in most circumstances, but 11+ years and everything was building to this year. It wasn't happening ever and they want to take the step up, especially with Indiana being good now.
This is reminding me of the Ole Miss lyrics to Miss. State's "Hail State"

Eat shit and die
Why don't you eat shit and die.
Go to hell you sons of bitches
In your fuckin' purple britches singing
Eat shit and die
Go on and eat shit and die.
Burn in hell you mother fuckers.
Eat shit and die
FUCK STATE
What a game to decide to have the Lane Kiffin brain fart game. Games like this are why when people attach him to other jobs, I wouldn't be heartbroken if he decided to explore other options.
After listening to the entire new self-titled St. Paul and the Broken Bones album, Nothing More Lonely has to be my favorite track on the album. The album is a great modernization of the Stax and Muscle Shoals soul sound, but Nothing More Lonely and Ooo-Wee have some timeless sounds.
Will say, as good as Fall Moon on the record is, it is even better live. The horn domination is spectacular.
Micro-level: Hurricane, WV
Macro-level: Appalachia/n
What’s the word where you’re from that, when pronounced exactly as it looks, identifies a tourist immediately?
It might be recency bias after seeing my first one in person this past week, but the Nebraska balloon release. I understand the potential environmental impacts, but such a cool visual in person
As someone who appreciates good uniforms, these rule.

As someone who was cheering for Marshall at the 1995 national championship before Billy Lyon went down and Montana stole it from us, BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Montana is breaking out the copper, silver and gold unis for Homecoming this week.
