I love Andor, it resonated with me as well but it's not fucking real. It's a space fantasy. It's juvenile and idiotic to declare we need to do things like in that Star Wars show.
That's something that helped me with my anxiety a lot is realizing I convinced myself by believing bad things would happen I'd be prepared for them. It'd hurt less.
