Thankful that just three years ago I was able to write about how much I loved her and especially her late career choices that many people judged. RIP Diane. You stayed true to you to the very end. Glad you got to sing like you always wanted before the end.

Walked out of a movie to news of Diane Keaton passing away and I don’t even know what to say. One of the most important actresses to me personally, someone whose career and style has influenced my own deeply. We were so lucky to have her.

Thank youuuuuuuu. Honestly we had a lot of internal talks about how much to navigate writing about deeply insular games/universes for people who may or may not have experienced them, so I am glad they came across well for non-gamers most of all, hahaha. It's so easy to get lost in Kojima speak.

What a thrill to finally share my piece on two of my favorite games: Snake Eater & Guns of the Patriots. I interrogate how Kojima shows us cyclical violent worlds but still attempts to guide us toward non-violence (in sometimes questionable ways).

Among other things, according to the decision:

- 250 security prisoners will be released.
- 1,700 residents of the Gaza Strip who were not involved in the events of October 7 and were arrested after the massacre will be released.

Following my viewing, I just started watching old performance videos and, honestly, I'm kind of obsessed with the staging for the Tony Awards??? That shift from Molina singing to lip syncing while Aurora sings??? Exquisite, simple, gorgeous. Still truly believe JLo was born for this role.

I've had "Where You Are" and its visuals stuck in my head for the last few days and that, to me, shows that Kiss of the Spider Woman is at least somewhat successful. Good movie! Crazy to remember that musicals can, in fact, actually be colorful!

Deeply funny for them to think Netflix would remove anything because of protests (they never will!) when trans people have been trying and failing to get them to stop funneling millions to Dave Chappelle for years. Netflix doesn't care! They're gonna keep courting every side with different shows!
