Also tried to watch Freddy vs Jason but omg live television is unwatchable with all the ad breaks, it makes already long movie an insane time commitment so I gave up halfway and watched the fight on YouTube which was funny. Otherwise I would have had to stay up til 2am to watch as much ads as movie

Caught Nightmare on Elm Street on TV for the first time and it was much better than I expected (which is not surprising coming from Wes Craven I guess)! I gotta say I feel a bit sad about how funny Freddy became in the sequels, fun vibe but I thought he had a great scary potential

Unreal takes a bit more time to setup but if given the option I'll take Unreal 90% of the time, it's just so convenient to tweak and see the final assets while working rather than reimporting constantly

It was not great honestly, there's a few things I liked about it but I don't think it added anything to the movie or did anything memorable. It felt like a side project compared to Bridge Curse (which imo has better games than movies lol)

Yeaaaah it definitely feels cheaper, similar to their Incantation game. The Junji Itô game was announced a while ago though so I hope they had time to make it nice and the teaser was just an unfortunate decision or last minute thing, definitely not a favorable first look ☠️

Junji Ito game by The Bridge Curse devs has a demo, teaser and steam page!
The teaser didn't do much for me and they made some statements about using AI which irked me. I loved both bridge curse games though so let's see how it goes...

I kinda forgot to mention it but I finished Resident Evil 8, it was so much fun! Wasn't sure I'd vibe with the fantasy theme but it still had great horror, the diverse environments and larger than life vilains were great! The Shadows of Rose DLC was also amazing imo, both scary and fun.

Really liking the difficulty in Cronod: The New Dawn so far. Panicked my way through a fight against 6 enemies, ran out of ammunition, one hit away from dying and killed the last one with a desperate punch as it was about to hit me. Holy moly that was stressful but the relief afterwards was crazy

Flight wasn't full so they moved me from a middle row a window seat with nobody next to or behind me I got so lucky omg

That means I can recline my seat and consume horror movies and games without bothering anyone SO EXCITING

Depending on how far into the game you are, I think it would be a shame to stop halfway and lose the immersion! The game is pretty short and Cronos is not going away anywhere, I think you can finish it and still play Cronos before the hype is over
