I used red wine but I think white would work too. I also didn’t have enough onions (4) so I added a bit flour to thicken it up. This is a taste as you go soup.

Pantry clean up day = onion soup. 4-6 onions sautéed til dark golden brown, add wine to lift flavors from pan, add thyme, soup mix (follow directions) and 1 no-beef bouillon, and you have a delicious onion soup! #veganfood. Add vegan cheese and toast or croutons and you’re ahead of my game!

oh yes. I hate hot jalapenos too. "Mezzetta Jalapeno Peppers Sliced Tamed" are super chill and it says it on the bottle. That's what I use. But just relish would be delish too.

When I ate dairy, one of my favorite things was nachos at the movie theater. I drowned them in that cheese, jalapeños and sweet pickle relish (it works!) This year, I discovered #daiya sells their Mac & cheese in packets without pasta!! And today the dream is still alive. #veganfood #veganjunkfood

It’s hit or miss. When it hits it’s great! (Tofu in your waffle maker). Make sure the slices are thick enough so the iron can press into them. I’ve already eaten the piece that was good lol. #vegan #snack
