Actually one mild gripe - they force you to party up with the egg boy for extended periods, they could have at least let me customize him a little more

Let the girls take him to Akihabara to play games and shift his stats and attributes around.

The equipment we get for him is neat at least, p cool

It would be cool to do some kinda challenge run on hard mode but I don't know what I would do that would be fun to play and meaningful as a challenge...

Some things I thought of would be too hard to keep track of (have to pivot digivolution each boss) and others I worry abt playability

Easy customization of moveset is also real cool. Made me wish I was playing on hard mode from the start so that I'd actually have been interacting with mechanics from the get go but hey, I can always replay the game (and I really want to but I'm not even done)

Digivolution being this open fucking rules though. I think my only gripe is a minor "it would be cool if there was more clunk and secrets" but that's bc I'm a little old fashioned

some plot points and how the time stranger part of it are kinda sticking out to me. It's fairly disappointing to have a big arc dedicated to the endless cycle of violence and the rest of the arcs just. go right back to it

can you bozos learn???

I'll hold off on more criticism until I finish tho

It feels a little jarring to have had this much fun playing a game that I really wish was better in a variety of ways, but it's a testament to nuance that I can safely say I've been having a 9/10 level of fun out of a 7/10 game w time stranger. Lots of parts of it are 10s for me but..
