Like clockwork, attempt to federalize the Texas National Guard and bring them to Portland and/or Chicago. The response in Portland is swift with the judge extending TRO for 14 days to cover non-Oregon National guard deployment to Portland.

The next try will be with the National guard in some red state and a governor who agrees to have the national guard federalized in her/his state and then the Trump tries to send them to a state where the governor does not agree.
