Ich habe übrigens lange nach einer gängigeren Übersetzung für Labneh gesucht, aber Quark, Frischkäse und Joghurt wechseln allesamt falsche Assoziationen. Falls ihr das noch nicht probiert habt: Es ist das zu Unrecht fehlende cremige Milchprodukt im deutschen Sortiment.
