This is the new worst pain I have experienced in life. What the fuck.

It keeps increasing too and I took the maximum amount of painkillers allowable.

I am afraid at how much more horrible this will feel when the pain killers wear off. I might actually have to go back to the hospital.

I slightly accidentally moved my foot up in my cast and it all started because of that. All I'm hoping for is that my Achilles tendon didn't somehow completely tear or something. aaaaaAAAAAA

The back of my foot just kind of instantaneously combust in blinding pain. I am just reeling at the intensity of this. It feels almost similar to the back of my foot having the worst sunburn of my life, while also being stabbed into repeatedly, except worse.

I had to remove the machines giving my leg the nerve block medication and... wow. My leg has been simultaneously asleep and on fire ever since. I took my meds like an hour ago and they still haven't really... helped?

I'm hoping maybe it's just a bad pain day or something...

I had a huge stretch of time where I didn't need to take pain killers, and it let me sleep earlier today. I only just now am getting to the point where I need to take more.

It's been necessary every 4-5 hours, but this stretch was from 6AM to 4PM before I had to cave... pretty solid!

Aww, thank you so much. It's been real hard, but I'm at least happy to be finally past the surgery. That's been the most anxiety inducing bit to me, so I at least have some weight lifted off of me.
