I had a huge stretch of time where I didn't need to take pain killers, and it let me sleep earlier today. I only just now am getting to the point where I need to take more.

It's been necessary every 4-5 hours, but this stretch was from 6AM to 4PM before I had to cave... pretty solid!

Aww, thank you so much. It's been real hard, but I'm at least happy to be finally past the surgery. That's been the most anxiety inducing bit to me, so I at least have some weight lifted off of me.

Yeah I was late tonight because of surprise nap and I paid the price of one hour of pain until they decided to kick in.

Ugh that's awful. I get trying to avoid people getting addicted, but right after a surgery is literally one of the times where they're needed the most.

I also got my doctors to give me another prescription of them, because at the rate I'm taking these, I'll run out in... 2.5 days lmao. Definitely feel like this leg pain will not be resolved in under 3 days, and the docs agreed, so I got that going too at least.

Ok, so I ended up realizing that I absolutely 1000% need to take the maximum allowable amount of pain killers as often as possible, ahead of time. So now I've got a 4 hour alarm set up so I can take my lineup of pills before my leg pain ramps up again.

I'm a woozy mess with this, but not screaming.
