i would be thrown around and slammed into objects, dragged outside, thrown against and into their car, berated and they wished me every violating thing that could happen to me. i had to run away, but i lost all my income to help myself by doing so.

Hi all I really hate to do this but things have gotten beyond unsafe for Jack, and I. Just recently Jack has had to run away from home after being beaten and choked within an inch of their life, among other awful things. Everything helps.

I’m seeing people smugly tell artists that deleting their twitter accounts is an overreaction and they shouldn’t jump to Bluesky over one update.

Personally, as someone who needs Twitter to promote his art, I think artists are well within their right to jump ship.
