yes, the legal aspect is clear. the question drives at understanding the victims, though.

paying to watch a movie is paying for all the services that went into making the movie 👍. not-paying and watching is stealing, therefore 🫡.

quick tip for anyone who wants to preserve their privacy and not automatically enable apple "intelligence" on their macs: if your mac language and siri language are different, apple intelligence will remain deactivated even after OS upgrades.
