I have lost touch with many of the people I knew as both Jadzia & Ezri. We all change, when you think about it, we're all different people; all through our lives, and that's okay, that's good, you've gotta keep moving, so long as you remember all the people that you used to be.

Well that's a surprise. We noticed at the concert on the holodeck, that the organisers were selling merchandise, obviously we didn't get anything as it was holographic but little did I know that Ranih replicated me one of the hats afterwards.
It's going to come in handy when it really gets cold.

Holodecks just get more sophisticated with every update. Last night's concert was just so real. I took a few images to savour the experience.
We had to dress in outfits for the time period. I wore jeans and a shirt and Ranih had on a lovely dress. We also had to replicate kazoos to join in.

Tonight, Ranih & I are going with friends to the holodeck facilities to be in the audience for a folk music concert that happened on early 21st century Earth.

I've already listened to some of her songs so I think I am going to enjoy this.

Had the first dusting of snow. It's definitely going to get worse from here. Last year we had huge snow drifts and 3 feet of snow. 4 feet in some areas. Temperatures dropped to -7°C (21.2°F)
They are forecasting it to be much colder this year. Not really looking forward to that.

Decided to start back a day earlier than originally planned. Not too much to catch up on, thankfully.
Plenty of ships arriving this week from all over the Alpha Quadrant. Out of the 8 of them, only 4 are StarFleet. The regular transport ship that comes every three days isn't included in the 8.

Decided to start back a day earlier than originally planned. Not too much to catch up on, thankfully.

We are, sadly, back on our way to Docosie III. We've had a fantastic experience visiting the ruins of Furrez.
We do plan to go back but the priority now is planning our wedding which is 6 months time.
We have already started making the arrangements, but there is still plenty to sort out. Fun LOL

We are, sadly, back on our way to Docosie III. We've had a fantastic experience visiting the ruins of Furrez.

//I am very grateful to those of you have who follow my writing as Orzal Dax, a semi original character. I have, sadly been ostracised from the #Startrek #Treksky roleplay community on #Bluesky. Not entirely my fault but I definitely take a good percentage of the responsibility for it (60%).

Our visit to the ruins of the ancient city of Furrez is drawing to a close. It's been a fantastic experience.
I had no idea how big this place was. It's truly incredible, especially what is left and how well preserved it is.
I am the first Dax to visit, despite 9 lifetimes of opportunity.

Had a really good Chinese style chicken stir-fry tonight after another long day at the ruins.
Found the meal buried in the replicator's options. Very nice indeed.

Got up at 7am to get an early start at the ruins. Another group of Archeologists joined us.
From what I can gather, Furrez was founded in a time before the Trill began a host relationship with the Symbionts.
As our population expanded on the planet, somehow Furrez was slowly abandoned.

Got up at 7am to get an early start at the ruins. Another group of Archeologists joined us.

I am doing ok, but I did manage to get injured. Part of the temple we were in suddenly collapsed, hitting me with debris in the process. Ranih was very lucky not to get hit as well.
We are currently taking a time-out in the runabout. Outside is quite cold today with a very fine drizzle of rain.

There is so much to see in the ruins. There are parts we can't venture into due to the being extremely dangerous.
