It opens up pretty dusty and musty, and dries down to a skin-like vanilla musk with the dusty and musty accords still present. It’s a true work of art and embodies Jane Birkin very well. If Miller Harris is coming out w/ this I’m curious abt the other stuff from the house!

It had to be incredible bc it was $200!(blessed to have a partner that spoils me rotten), but it’s much more than an “old book” smell. It smells like an intimate moment in an old room where the air is dusty and thick, smells like unwashed skin of a lover. Was everything I expected and more.
