Customers with whom I worked never classified mail as business critical. But my experience showed me that during and after an outage (for whatever reason), mail is the most important workload that needs to be available asap.

Who can help me explain? #ConditionalAccess matches arbitrarily resource to the application Power Platform Admin Center. Sometimes it shows the resource Power Platform Admin Center and sometimes the Microsoft O365 Portal. This results in inconsistent behaviour of a conditional access policy.
