Anyone else have medical trauma where you'll get a really basic, every day symptom but it was also a symptom you had when you were once severely ill and so now when you get that symptom you just assume the worst and that you have that severe illness again?

I never properly set up my VR headset and I've decided that tomorrow is the day to finally get it all sorted.
I'm hoping I can get it working so my brother and his kids can try it out while they're visiting so I seem like the cool, fun aunt

I would love to get more ear piercings but 1) my piercings do not heal well and 2) my ears are really small and weird shaped at the top so I don't think I have the anatomy for it 😭

We're looking after my parent's dog for a week and I'm hoping I can get our cat used to being around a dog for when we hopefully get one next year.

I left my OT job because I didn't enjoy it and was mentally and physically unwell.
When I finally got better I got a part time job in an admin role within the NHS and will probably just continue to progress in that because I don't have any passions in anything else 🤷♀️
