It means using locally grown corn, wheat, and rye from Rusmar Farms, just eight miles away from the distillery. It means using our own mill for grains to ensure freshness. And yes, it means that the entire process – milling, mashing, fermenting, distilling, aging, bottling – is all done here. (2/3)
