The FDA has announced that it is initiating action to remove concentrated ingestible #fluoride prescription drug products for children from the market. The FDA invites public comment by October 31, and the AADOCR plans to submit as part of this process.

Oral health is an essential part of overall health, but insurance and workforce issues leave millions of Americans without sufficient oral health care. The NASEM Health and Medicine Division hosted a workshop to address some of the barriers to care.
