Thank you everyone who grabbed something from my #table this year! The wall scrolls were a major hit, and I went home with half the boxes I started with. I feel I'm really discovering my niche, what I want to say with my #art and what you all resonate with. Thank you!

Also! I am very open to #critique. I will say I do think I overloaded my stand too much. It was my first timing driving in, and since I'm usually limited by only 2 suitcases, I wanted to take advantage and bring EVERYTHING I could. I don't think this hurt sales too much, but some things weren't seen

A slight retouch, added more yellow stripes to the snake bodies on the sides and bottom that are a bit more buried in the pit so that the circular snakes aren't as visually isolated. Prepping for print!!!

I want more open discussion from other vendors because it’s so hard to get data in this industry and compare. But there’s tactful ways to do so.
Certainly a rising tide raises all ships, but this is more of a "we're all weathering a storm and some of us are floundering or taking on water, while you're standing on your prow shouting at everyone else about how great your boat is," situation 🫠
Dear vendors: PLEASE read the room before you try to tell other vendors about How Much Money you made (or didn't make). This is one of the few consistently negative interactions I have at conventions.

For a postcard, I wouldn’t put as much minute detail in, but given that I now create 150x50cm wall scrolls with these, it’s important that every small corner is accurate. #art #wip #sciart #animalart

It's weird how I've been gravitating towards 90's and 00's alternative rock again, like a strange comfort blanket or something.
I think @eve6.bsky.social is my favorite band even if their music is not my favorite genre. I mostly listen to industrial/EBM usually lol...

So my snake bodies don’t all quite line up, but after color and shading I think the outsides will be hidden so it’ll work out okay.
