Rodney Salter rode one of the first diesel railcars in the 1950s—his dad even filmed from the cab! Sadly, the bumpy ride made the footage a blur. Steam memories linger too, watching locos thunder past #Watford North Halt just feet away.

There have already been 372 journeys logged from the #Beryl bike bay installed earlier this year near #Garston station.
We supported this installation as part of our commitment to sustainability, particularly 'joining up green travel'.
