Experiment with changing your mind about something small today and notice how it feels. Do you feel empowered? Do you feel guilty? Are you glad you don't have to explain your decision to anyone?
Invite your child (and inner child!) to imagine an unwelcome thought or feeling hidden in a cabinet or stuffed in a drawer. Then, join in for a few rounds of this affirmation with a sock caterpillar. Can you open the door or drawer just a crack?
