I replace a 2-3 tablespoons of the flour that is called for with cornstarch. If you start with a soft bake cookie recipe, the small amount of cornstarch help keep the cookies soft.

Interestingly, adding much more cornstarch (7-8 tablespoons) gives crunchy cookies.

When perfume is used to try to mask lack of good body and clothing hygiene, then that is a turn off. I am a man, when I smell light perfume on a woman who also seemed to have good body hygiene and clothing hygiene, it is pretty intoxicating and I am always impressed.

When I got to University, there were stories about students who were career university students, when they got close to a degree they changed majors. The really old people got to Washington DC and can’t bring themselves to leave, even though they can live well in retirement.

True. But you don’t fight that party with 75+, 80+ people who have seen their best days. There are truly some legends on the Democratic Party side, but the best thing they can do now is not run again, let younger people run. Be mentors for younger people.

In long extra ending games it boils down to who makes the critical mistakes. Both the Mariners and Tigers had runners on base with one or no outs and blew chances. The Tigers blew something like 2-3 chances. The Mariners seized on their second chance.

The problem is Biden hung on when he should have willingly walked away and let younger, more alert people contest the Presidency out of the gate. Now we have a person who is intent on digging up and burning every single on of those young oak trees.

Would you let Trump drive your kids to school? The issue is really old people clinging to power. We have that problem in the Presidency, Congress and the Courts. The issue is not partisan, there are problems in both major political parties and even in alternative parties.

We have a crisis in this country with really old people clinging on to leadership of the country, in the administrations and in Congress and the Courts. No where else in the world is there as many really old people leading, except in Russia and Turkey, but look at them.

Biden did very good work. But he was slow on dealing with the egg price run up, and Gaza. And I believe republicans seized on that. When Joe got elected, I was hoping that at some point after the midterms in his administration, he would announce that he would be serving only one term.

The results between Doctors, bloodwork labs and MRI labs vary significantly. I don’t know how that gets properly resolved, given that we now have two morons running the USA’s Health Infrastructure.

But you make a good point, Biden was a USA Vice-President and President. His healthcare should have been the best anywhere. Why was his cancer missed, or did he shut people up about it and avoid treatments that would have easily become publicly known due to their nature?

It seem that some Doctors are hesitant to become aggressive in terms of using available methods to diagnose prostate cancer, like lab results coupled with MRI. Another issue is the competency of MRI labs swing over a wide range, some simply miss detecting developing lesions.

Trump has everyone cowed. If someone comes out and speak truth, he attacks them. The thing with universities, law firms and indictments are testaments. The only entity standing up to him is China, of all possibilities. Britain has caved, the EU has caved and Canada/Mexico plays footsie with him.

I can see her praising Trump as a way to keep him off her country. But the more that I read about her, the more questions that I have about whether she was the right choice. Trump certainly was not a good choice, but there were deserving alternatives. Did the Nobel Committee make the right choice

Eggs have. Because he threatened egg sellers and is importing eggs from Turkey and maybe Egypt. Biden should have imported eggs and threatened the egg sellers who were ripping people’s eyeballs out.
