Great job. I have the same routine. I was feeling bad about myself because I hadn't lost weight. But, someone pointed out how much more muscular I was and how much more muscle weighs than fat.

This happened last time also. Trump's playbook will be to.send in agitators and provocateurs...they will then play the victim, and people will get pissed and the tension rises.
