I think the most important thing about any ideological framework regardless of what it is from Christianity to Sociology and everything in between or beyond, is that it and its supporters should aim to be "less wrong" over time as opposed to being "always right."

The only evidence that proves beyond reasonable doubt, that there's been waste, fraud, or abuse.
Is maybe in education, because apparently about 1/3rd of our population is so frighteningly ignorant to the point they can't understand fact from fiction.
