These protests can be extremely triggering and some folks might want to avoid seeing them. Other times protestors may try to agitate counterprotestors to provoke a reaction. It’s best to do what feels good and safest for you while being aware of your surroundings and who may be impacted. 👍

Very nice to see this long list of funded groups and projects, amid all the worry and gloom about the Carney gov’t's disregard of reproductive rights. It's a relief that the SRH Fund is still there, helping groups with crucial projects. Abortion Care Canada is not on the list though ☹

UNB Nursing Professor Martha Paynter launched her new book, Lawless: Abortion Under Complete Decriminalization, in Fredericton on Sat Sept. 20. The audience heard that while there is much to celebrate, there is more work to be done to ensure abortion access.
