I keep being melancholic more and more frequently recently.
From sadness regarding love to my unending self hate I keep not feeling sad or depressive but just deeply melancholic.
I'm fine in all ways and my thoughts tend to stay positive.
But just this repeated melancholia is wearing me down.

Been dealing on and off with digestive issues.
Has always been around no matter my weight, age, health or the likes.
It always ends in a sudden need to head to the bathroom and a painful time in the bathroom.
Only way to avoid it is to just not eat anything.
This only works so long obviously...

Feel like posts of people asking for help is getting more and more common these days. It's not just a continent exclusive thing it's global.
I'm not making a lot of money. Just was born lucky into a family where I don't need to pay rent. Give help here and there if I'm able but it's never enough. :(
