it’s been fun playing Splatoon casually over the past 2 months ngl. not caring about your sendou power, xp, rank, tourney results etc. has been refreshing.

The overwhelming majority of splatoon players don't understand the difference between playing meta and pushing a particular playstyle. Most off-meta players don't play off-meta because they believe it's the 100% most optimal way to play the game. They do it for the love of the game.

small bonus thing - ive (visibly) been soooooo much more comfortable with my appearance. definitely not "happy" with it but i can look at myself in the mirror and not feel too weird if i dont look close lol.
im so excited to get my new glasses..
recently ive been really trying to take steps to align myself with who i wanna be and what i wanna look like and that includes getting more feminine glasses, buying some new clothes, finally switching some "mens" stuff for "womens" etc and it makes me so happy
