At the height of his fame STEVE MARTIN used to give these out to autograph hunters.

Love him.

Yes it’s good to find a gem you can get into . Detectorists is very subtle humour, quite gentle, good fun , 30 minute episodes, love the characters …really nice, easy viewing

This actually relates to the previous government, and it also says Ofwat were culpable.
Shockingly poor headline.

Another interesting fact …QPR were the first club in the country to wear adidas ! Although record books say Ipswich and Boro in’77 . QPR had a deal for 75/76 and had the team photo taken wearing adidas. They then used Umbro shirts that season and switched to Adidas for 76/77 .

Yes Guinness were our first sponsors in 1983/84 which also saw the introduction of the ‘ Dennis the menace’ away kit . Also interesting to note that the first Guinness home shirts initially had the club crest in red ( changed after a few months )

I’ve been reading Norwich forum a bit today and some of their fan base see it very differently ( like ours ) some credit us with a good performance and acknowledge we’re bare bones , others think ref was biased and they should have won it 3.2 😆 football eh ?

Yes a lot of this positive stuff ( and there’s plenty more they’ve done ) isn’t reported much in the majority of rags etc ! Credit where it’s due . 5 months is nothing to put right 14 years of crap ! 👏
