This whole interchange has me thinking a bit about how some "scientists", self appointed and otherwise, try to use correlation as proof instead of as a point for further investigation. Inference as proof of anything is similarly short sighted. It is part of keeping us apart.

I would agree that money in politics is a huge problem, especially "dark" money that goes unidentified. I would like to see open primaries and ranked choice voting. I also have issues with Citizen's United. We are all being enslaved by big money including corporations. Reform is way overdue.

Thank you for adding information. I like historical novels including Exodus which I read long before I was old enough to drive. The region has suffered outside meddling like the Balfour Resolution which seemed primarily a grab for oil. The Middle East, Northern Ireland, etc. all challenge humanity.
