After reading these three novels, looking at TFP again, the tone is much more tragic than what TFP show surface, for example, Megatron destroyed Vos as a punishment for Starscream, and there are very harsh scenes like Megatron forcing Starscream to take drugs... and more...

I don't know if you've read the prequel novels of TFP, "Transformers: Exodus," "Transformers: Exiles," and "Transformers: Retribution."
In these novels, actually, Megatron's “crimes” against Starscream far exceed the injuries caused by Galvatron.

Take my word for it—Galvatron 100% regrets the decisions he made. He hasn't stopped thinking about Starscream and their past for a single moment, but there's absolutely no way to go back to how things were.

Yes! I think Spark merge is interesting, which IDW creates. And that is another comic which I finished in May(but i m busy so it is still in translation...sry, I will finish it asap)
