I am going to regret this...

If an A3 piece takes around 8-10 hours to complete, I figure 16-20 hours for this on A2.
First question, WHERE do I start?
Second, and perhaps the more important, question, WHY am I doing this?

A colleague was married on the first day of the school holidays and although I couldn't attend the ceremony, a few of my colleagues did, and posted a photo of themselves with the bride.
The bouquet was gorgeous so I decided to make her a gift of a drawing of her bouquet in my style.
